Faceless Creator Kit is a low-cost digital generation product. Once a creator kit has been successfully generated and displayed, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is generally not eligible for refund.

If your payment succeeds but the app fails to generate or display a usable kit due to a confirmed system issue, contact support and we will review the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed for subjective dissatisfaction with generated creative results, buyer error, change of mind, or use or copying of generated output.

All generated names are creative suggestions only. Faceless Creator Kit does not check or guarantee availability on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or any other platform. You are responsible for checking availability before using any suggested name.

Faceless Creator Kit provides branding and identity suggestions only. We do not guarantee follower growth, audience reach, monetization, income, virality, or any business result. Outcomes depend on your content, execution, consistency, and external factors outside our control.

All names, bios, visual concepts, and color suggestions are generated with AI assistance. These outputs are creative starting points, not legal, trademark, branding, or business advice. Some suggestions may be similar to existing names, brands, or accounts.

You are solely responsible for checking platform rules, trademark conflicts, copyright issues, and name availability before using any generated output. Faceless Creator Kit does not perform trademark clearance or legal review.

Faceless Creator Kit is designed for general creator identity branding. The service does not support and may reject inputs that are random, unusable, abusive, harmful, hateful, illegal, exploitative, dangerous, or adult/18+ sexual in nature. This includes but is not limited to: adult sexual services or platforms, harmful or violent creator concepts, illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, or content that violates platform terms or applicable law.

If an input is rejected before a successful generation completes, the access key is not used and remains valid for retry with revised inputs that follow the product guidelines.

Each license key allows one successful creator kit generation. Keys may not be shared, resold, or reused across multiple successful generations. If a generation fails due to a verified system or validation issue, the key remains valid for retry unless and until a successful result is delivered.

Faceless Creator Kit does not require account creation for MVP access. Input answers are used to generate the requested creator kit. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. Generation data, displayed names, license key status, and related operational records may be retained temporarily for generation delivery, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and support.

Faceless Creator Kit is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the service or reliance on generated content.
